I am known as Kim in the fitness industry. I am very passionate about my chosen career and launched the Let’skim brand. I love calling myself the short ticking time bomb because I strike and attack when least expected. I have worked with about 6 fitness clubs and corporate companies in and around Pretoria and Johannesburg. This was a great experience and posed challenges that made me stronger and better than I was. I have accomplished several fitness training qualifications and am still going.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?

Fitness fits into my lifestyle because I love working and connecting with people and helping them feel good about themselves. I am also someone who likes trying new things and being creative and the fitness industry allows me to do all of that.

What are your personal fitness goals?

My personal fitness goals are to be in it for the long run, remain consistent and improve my flexibility and balance, starting with core strength. Fitness also helps to strengthen my immune system. I like to use exercise to get out of my comfort zone. I aim to follow a healthy nutrition plan, limit junk food and other sources of empty calories, and drink sufficient water.
