What are your personal fitness goals?
My fitness goals is to promote fitness and nutrition to women so that they can be inspired and feel good about themselves by maintaining a good level of nutrition. I aspire to start my own brand named BeSassyFit for women to workout together with balanced nutritious meals, that will not only help them to be physically fit but be healthy and feel good on their own skin and look sassy fit.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
I want to use my #BiogenFaceofFitness ambassadorship to inspire and motivate women by being constantly active with workouts, eating well balanced nutrition. And by reaching my fitness goals will encourage them that determination, hardworking and consistency is key.
Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
My fitness lifestyle is important to me and I take it very seriously, when it’s time to workout it’s time to work. My exercises include endurance activities to increase my breathing and heart rate, strength or resistance training to make my muscles stronger. I also do balance and flexibility exercises to stretch my muscles. I would say I workout five times a week and the other two days are for muscle recovery to prevent injuries to my body. Drinking an adequate amount of water daily keeps me hydrated and eating foods with good nutritional value lead to a healthy lifestyle and maintaining healthy weight.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I believe that I can inspire women to be physically active, fit and look sassy in their bodies and feel good in their skin. I always wanted to become a fitness model that will inspire women to be physically active and have habits of good nutrition to keep healthy, strong and glowing. Fitness is my passion together with nutrition and I believe that maintaining a good level of physical fitness is something that we should all aspire to do. I want people to look up to me as an inspiration to keep fit and lead a healthy lifestyle.
