I am young goal driven and capable of great things. When I put my mind to something I will go above and beyond to make sure I achieve that goal, pushing myself past my limits is my favorite thing to do. My love for fitness started at the 100m mark, that few seconds of sprinting down and taking that gold medal drove me to want greater and bigger things in the fitness industry. I turned to other sports as a way of coping, a way of life. Netball, hockey you name it I tried it. During my grade 11 year I pursued my dreams of becoming a certified rugby coach.  [ I wouldn’t mind getting into a pair of boots myself ]

Here I am today, studying towards my personal training diploma to helps others achieve the best version they could be. At the end of the day, who runs the world? GIRLS!

Even more reason for me to become the best I could be.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?

Fitness fits into my lifestyle on different levels, emotionally mentally and physically. Its not just about food, weight and exercise. It the way I feel, my physiological state and the ability to move. Everyday I dedicate time to push my body past it limits, to work out and life a healthy balanced life. In my spare time I am also studying towards my personal training diploma, I will use that to better myself and other ladies! 

What are your personal fitness goals?

I am obsessed with becoming a women comfortable in her own skin, I want to be the very best version of myself. The only way to do that is to work hard everyday to believe in myself and grab every opportunity I get  to better myself and grow with both hands. Being consistent when it comes to being healthy and active is very important to me, as this will help me achieve my goal of helping others to believe in themselves as well. 2021 is my year to grow, and to works towards my dream of receiving my pro card and competing at international bodybuilding level. I strive everyday to be the best and build my empire brick by brick.
