What are your fitness goals?

When it comes to fitness and health, I believe there is NO expiration date on it. My goal is to keep pushing everyday, bettering myself mentally and physically and finding new and unique ways to grow. I am training for life…to be stronger, faster, better than I was before, striving to be my best for me.

My goal is to make a career for myself in the fitness and health space, growing with the USN brand, locally and internationally, as health and fitness is where my passion lies. I’d love the opportunity to collaborate with other fitfluencer throughout South Africa and get involved in some of the big fitness events, impacting those around me and helping them to attain their fitness and health goals.

Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?

I think I’m the ideal candidate to become the USN face of fitness because just like the USN brand, I am authentic, driven, a forward-thinker, out-going, high energy & relatable.

My love of fitness & compassion for people that are doing their best to become better, stronger and healthier is what drives my passion. Watching them flourish on their journey is what inspires me to do more. Partnering with a brand like USN will help me to reach so many more people who are in need of motivation, guidance & advice in order to attain their health & fitness goals..from someone who is sincere and congenial.

I love the fact that USN is a locally manufactured brand (#localislekker), made with quality ingredients & has proven results. I think being the USN Face of Fitness requires more than just a fit body & a pretty face….being the face of the brand requires business savvy, creative marketing & a whole lot of personality. After-all the idea is to take the brand to new heights by connecting with people from all walks of life, inspiring and impacting peoples lives for the better through creative & strategic marketing, social events and day to day life.

To balance it all doesn’t require talent or being extraordinary, it starts with a decision to live a better life & put yourself first. I want to teach people that they can have it all, it just takes prioritising, the right nutrition, quality supplementation & a solid workout plan.
