What are your personal fitness goals?

My Personal Fitness goal is to gain a bit of mass weight and to continue living a healthy lifestyle

How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?

I believe through being a Biogen Face of Fitness I can continue from where I am currently at this moment. I want to continue pushing and inspiring more women to live a healthier lifestyle and to instill more confidence in women by showing that we not only have pretty faces but we are powerful beings and if given any challenge we can continue to be the best at what we are.

What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?

No Pain No Gain

Over the years this has been my fitness quote and through this I gain more strength to go on even on days whenIi feel like giving up or when it gets tougher

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle

I am a person who trains 5 or 6 times in a week and I strive to eat healthy most times.I am currently offering online training since lockdown and prior to lockdown together with my partner we have established a movement of training women at the comfort of their own homes called Veep Home Mobile Gym and at times do hiking with a group called Jozi Trail

Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?

The Brand is looking for an ambassador, a consistent person, a person who takes fitness as more of a lifestyle than a hobby and I believe I fit the criteria, I am a person who is always training and a person who never blackouts from any training activity, over the years I have inspired many people through my fitness journey especially women and have shown that it is possible women can also be fit and sexy at the same time and that nothing is impossible and I believe by winning I will continue to inspire more and more women.
