I am very adventurous at heart. My spirit resonates a lot with nature and outdoor activities. I believe in humanity and treating every human with compassion, respect and kindness, because we all are, because we exist.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
Fitness is my very own private bank which I’ve leant to treasure throughout the years. It requires me to make daily deposits of hard work. It is my way of life that I take very seriously because you can’t cheat on it and expect it to work. Every single day you have to put in the work. I have learned so much and came out emotionally, mentally and physically stronger, and I am still growing. And that, for me, is the most magical part.
What are your personal fitness goals?
My personal fitness goal is to create a journey that everyone can relate to. There are so many complex and intermediating platforms that make an ordinary person think it’s impossible to start living a healthy lifestyle. In all truth, this journey isn’t perfect and it isn’t supposed to be perfect. It is absolutely okay to laugh at yourself and not take life seriously. This journey is a marathon and not a sprint. There is no finish line so you have to embark on the journey at your own pace.
