Dancer, aerialist, and performer Tamsyn credits her success in these fields to her consistent fitness regimen. After starting her fitness journey at age 16, she has learnt to listen to her body to understand what she needs mentally, physically and nutritionally to perform at her best on stage, and constantly looks for ways to push herself physically and mentally in every facet of life.
