Age: 22

Alma is a student, actress, and writer who balances creativity with an unwavering commitment to fitness. Diagnosed with cancer at 16, she fought her way back to health and discovered a love for strength training and running. Now, as she completes her drama studies at Stellenbosch University, she embraces an active lifestyle that keeps her energised both on and off the stage.

Her journey is proof that setbacks don’t define you—your resilience does. As the 2025 Biogen Face of Fitness, she hopes to inspire others to prioritise their health while still enjoying life’s little moments.
