About Me
Age: 23
Angy’s journey into fitness started when she picked up a rugby ball for the first time at 20 years old. What began as a new sport quickly became a passion, and by 22, she committed fully—not just to the game, but to building a strong, healthy body she could be proud of. Now a dedicated rugby player and social media manager for her team, she’s proving that strength isn’t just physical—it’s about showing up, pushing through, and embracing who you are.
Training 4–5 times a week in the gym, balancing rugby practice three times a week, and incorporating long-distance running, Angy stays in top form while managing the challenges of migraines and endometriosis. She wants young girls to see her and realise they can do the same—embracing their bodies, building confidence through movement, and stepping into their power, no matter the obstacles.
