Britt, known as “FitBritt,” is a powerhouse balancing motherhood, business, and fitness with unwavering determination. A lifelong athlete, she turned her passion into a brand, inspiring women and young girls to embrace a healthier lifestyle.
Her fitness journey took a competitive turn when she entered her first fitness competition, FRM, and won first place in the bikini model division. This milestone fuelled her drive to push boundaries and empower others to chase their goals.
Juggling school runs, workouts, and business, Britt makes health a top priority. She trains twice a day, incorporating HIIT and strength workouts, all while managing a thriving career and family life. As the Biogen Face of Fitness, she aims to show women that real strength lies in showing up for yourself, every single day.
