A proud Protea Bodybuilding athlete, she’s been competing for four years and is determined to keep pushing her limits. When she’s not in the gym sculpting her physique or practicing her posing for IFBB competitions, she’s in the boxing ring, sharpening her endurance and surrounding herself with a community of strong, like-minded women.
Her love for fitness is rooted in resilience—she believes your past doesn’t define you and that with the right mindset, you can achieve greatness. Whether she’s hitting the gym at 5 AM, throwing punches in the boxing club, or fuelling her body with the right nutrition, every move she makes is intentional.
