A dedicated wife and mom of three, she runs a fitness center from home while pursuing her dream of becoming a fitness instructor. Her passion for health and training has taken her to the IFBB stage, where she won gold in the Beach Bikini category for the Northern Cape—an achievement she’s determined to build on in the year ahead.
Training daily with a mix of kickboxing, weightlifting, and flexibility work, Dantel prioritises both strength and endurance while maintaining a disciplined approach to nutrition and recovery. Her journey is about more than personal victories—it’s about inspiring others to balance family life with fitness and showing that commitment makes anything possible. As a Biogen ambassador, she’s ready to empower others to chase their goals with confidence.
