Age: 20

At just 20 years old, Demica is already making waves in the fitness industry as an IFBB Bikini Bodybuilder. Since starting her bodybuilding journey in February 2024, she has pushed herself to new heights, qualifying for the SA Championships and placing 6th in the country. But for her, fitness is more than just the stage—it’s about mental resilience, self-improvement, and sharing her passion with others.

Training six days a week, Demica follows a strict protocol but never loses sight of the joy in the journey. She thrives on discipline, constantly striving to become the best version of herself while motivating those around her. Her goal? To prove that fitness isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about mindset, growth, and embracing every step of the process.
