Eugenie-May is a business owner, athlete, and fitness enthusiast who thrives on helping others feel their best. As a qualified hairdresser, she’s been running her own salon for a decade, empowering clients with confidence. But beyond the salon chair, fitness is in her blood—her mom was a bodybuilder for 14 years, and her dad was an athlete for 25. Inspired by their legacy, she stepped into the gym, started bodybuilding in 2022, and never looked back. In 2024, her dedication paid off when she earned her Protea Colors and represented South Africa at the IFBB Fit Model World Championships.
Now, fitness is more than just competition prep—it’s a lifestyle. She trains five days a week, incorporating cardio, strength training, and active recovery through hiking and cycling. Passionate about inspiring others, Eugenie-May believes that confidence comes from within, and everyone deserves the chance to become the best version of themselves.
