About Me
Age: 27
Lenuschka is a biokineticist, Lyno practitioner, and lifelong athlete who helps people overcome chronic pain and injuries. Owning her own practice allows her to empower others daily, but she doesn’t just preach movement—she lives it. With 12 years of hockey experience and a background in competitive athletics, she thrives on staying active and pushing her limits. In 2024, she competed in Summer Bodies, and this year, she’s taking on new challenges with Opulent Model South Africa 2025 and IFBB in July.
Her routine starts with morning training before work, ensuring she leads by example for her patients. Evenings include 3–5km walks to stay active and reset. Whether she’s on the hockey field, in the gym, or helping clients move pain-free, Lenuschka embodies the balance of strength, resilience, and passion.
