Age: 48
Lynette is living proof that age is just a number. An unstoppable force in the fitness world, she’s conquered cycling races, half-marathons, and now, the bodybuilding stage. After training for three years, she made her mark in the IFBB, earning a spot on the KZN team and securing a place to compete at Worlds in Tokyo 2024.
Her passion for movement has shaped her entire life—from cycling the Cansa Lost City and Cape Argus races to pushing past limits in bodybuilding. Now, under the expert guidance of IFBB international judge Bernard Groenewald, she trains daily, sometimes twice a day, with one goal: to be the best version of herself.
Lynette’s dedication to fitness extends beyond training—she’s been a loyal Biogen user since her days working at Dis-Chem. From endurance sports to strength training, Biogen has fuelled her journey, and now, she’s ready to inspire others to believe in their own potential.
