About Me
Age: 24
As a physical education teacher, touch rugby player, and coach, Sange doesn’t just talk about fitness—she lives it. Her journey began in 2018 when she was selected to represent South Africa in the Touch Rugby Youth World Cup, and since then, staying strong and healthy has been her priority. Whether she’s training in the gym, coaching young athletes, or competing at a high level, she’s passionate about inspiring others to build active, sustainable lifestyles.
Sange’s weekly routine is a balance of strength training, competition, and recovery. She trains five days a week in the gym, competes in touch rugby league on Wednesdays, referees at the school league on Fridays, and represents KZN in the Mixed Open side on Sundays. But for her, fitness isn’t just about performance—it’s about relatability. She’s committed to showing others that the journey has ups and downs, but what truly matters is picking yourself up, showing yourself grace, and staying consistent.
